A: We repair Your original modules/parts Your entire vehicle specific data is saved therefore most modules/parts are plug and play. However, some modules/parts may require the diagnostic trouble codes clearing or resynchronizing but no modules/parts will require any further re-programming as You do with brand new modules/parts.
Q: What is the turnaround of the service You provide?
A: We will fix Your faulty module/part on the same day we will get it and send it back within 2 working days.
Q: What Makes and Models do You cover?
A: We cover all European and Asian cars vans and motorcycles. Please contact us if You cannot find appropriate service listing for Your vehicle in our store.
Q: Is there any additional charges for the sevices You provide?
A: If the part was repaired or attempted to be repaired by someone else in the past additional charges may apply. In this case we will contact You before going further with the repair.
Q: As an international customer do I need to pay custom charges?
A: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with Your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. In EU the custom charges does not apply.

A: 98% if the part has not been repaired before.
Q: Do I need to pay if the part can not be repaired?
A: We have no fix-no fee policy. But You may be charged for return delivery.
